Description:
The RS-2500 (12V) electric winch is a reliable and cost-effective solution from our ECO line, designed for pulling light to medium-duty loads. The RS-2500 is suitable for ATV and UTV vehicles, small trailers, boats, forestry tasks, and other auxiliary applications where controlled and safe pulling is required.
The winch operates on a 12 V DC power supply and achieves a rated pulling force of up to 1130 kg (2500 lbs) on the first layer of the steel rope. As the number of rope layers on the drum increases, the available pulling force gradually decreases, which is characteristic of all drum-type winches.
Most common reasons for use:
- Vehicle recovery (when an ATV, UTV, or smaller vehicle gets stuck in mud, snow, or on steep terrain).
- Pulling wood and materials (moving logs, branches, or other loads over short distances, especially in hard-to-reach areas).
- Assistance with boats and trailers (pulling a boat onto a trailer or helping with load positioning).
- Agricultural and forestry auxiliary work (moving equipment, machinery, or loads where a tractor or larger winch is not available).
- Assembly and service work (precise positioning or alignment of components during installation).
Why use an electric winch instead of manual pulling?
- greater safety
- consistent and controlled pulling force
- reduced risk of user injury
- faster and more efficient work
For heavier loads or longer pulling distances, we recommend using a pulley, which allows you to:
- increase the pulling force,
- reduce the load on the winch,
- extend the service life of the winch.
